Flexible capital,
permanent conviction.

TFB deploys capital across private equity, credit and secondaries. We are not a fund. No LP base, no fixed horizon, no pressure to deploy. We act where we have conviction.

Philosophy

Patient capital. Commercial instincts.

Our roots are in UK small-cap, with growing global exposure. Our philosophy begins with patient capital. As former founders ourselves, we know that building a business takes time. With no LP base and no fund clock, we give management teams the space and the capital to grow their businesses.

In return, we expect strong leadership: founders and operators with deep sector knowledge and real skin in the game, eager to take the next phase of the growth journey with us. We back established, profitable businesses that have proven the concept and now need a partner for what comes next. Our structure lets us stay flexible, even as we focus on a particular set of characteristics.

Transactions

Profitable SMEs, backed with capital and expertise, and supported through to exit.

We look for more than a passive stake. Typically taking a board position, we bring a hands-on approach to help unlock the next phase of growth. We believe the network and expertise we bring matter as much as the capital itself.
